How to Cancel a Pre-Order for a Game on Nintendo eShop
In this article, you'll learn how to cancel a pre-order you have placed for a game on Nintendo eShop.
Before you start
You will need:
Access to the Nintendo Account that was used to place the pre-order.
One of the following:
Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch console.
A computer with internet access.
A smart device with internet access.
What to do
To cancel your pre-order, you need access to the Nintendo Account that was used to place the pre-order, as well as access to either a console or an internet browser on a computer or smart device.
What will you use to cancel your pre-order?
From the HOME Menu, open Nintendo eShop and select the user who placed the pre-order.
If you have enabled identity authentication, you may be prompted to authenticate your identity by re-entering your password or entering a PIN.
Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow Forgot Nintendo Account Sign-in Info.
Forgot PIN or entered PIN incorrectly
If you have forgotten your PIN or you entered the incorrect PIN too many times, read the Identity Authentication Settings Guide.
Select your user icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.
Select Pre-Orders from the right-hand menu to view any pre-orders you have placed.
Select Cancel Pre-Order next to the pre-order you wish to cancel.

Visit https://accounts.nintendo.com/portal and sign in with the Nintendo Account that was used to place the pre-order.
Select Funds and Payment Methods.
Select Pre-Orders in the "Purchase History" section.
Select Cancel Pre-Order next to the pre-order you wish to cancel.
