How to View Your Nintendo Switch Online Status

Instructions on finding your current Nintendo Switch Online membership details and expiry date.

Important: Any changes to your membership type or validity period must be made at least 48 hours prior to your automatic renewal date.

Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch console

1. Open Nintendo Switch Online on the HOME Menu.

2. Select the Nintendo Account you want to use.

3. Your current membership status, along with various other information about Nintendo Switch Online, will be displayed in the top-left corner.

Nintendo eShop

1. Select the Nintendo eShop icon on the HOME Menu to launch Nintendo eShop.

2. Select the Nintendo Account you want to use.

3. Select your user icon in the upper-right corner to access your Account Information.

4. Select Nintendo Switch Online from the menu on the left side of the screen to view your current Nintendo Switch Online membership details and expiry date.

Nintendo Account website

1. Visit https://accounts.nintendo.com/portal and sign in to your Nintendo Account.

2. Select Nintendo Switch Online.

3. Check the Valid Memberships section for your current Nintendo Switch Online membership details and expiry date.
