Error Code: 2819-0003

Help when your software is unexpectedly paused and the error code 2819-0003 is displayed with the following message: "Play will be suspended. It may be the case that a user linked to this Nintendo Account on a different console is playing downloaded software".

Note: This error code most often occurs when the same Nintendo Account you are currently using is used to play downloadable content on another console.

What to Do:

• Close any software that is being used by your Nintendo Account on other consoles, then resume the paused software from the HOME Menu.

  • If you do not have access to the other consoles to which you previously linked your Nintendo Account, it is recommended that you change your Nintendo Account password to make sure your Nintendo Account is no longer accessible on these consoles.

To prevent play from being suspended on this console, load the game you are trying to play as a virtual game card instead of using the online licence feature.
