Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle Bonus Offer Terms and Conditions

If you are under the age of 18, please read these Terms and Conditions together with your parent or legal guardian. Information on the bonus and how to participate form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any claim not completed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions is ineligible.

1. Sponsor: Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle Bonus Offer (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Nintendo Australia Pty Limited (ABN 43 060 566 083) of 804 Stud Road, Scoresby, Victoria 3179, Australia (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: Promotion is open only to individuals who are residents of Australia or New Zealand. Limit one claim per person. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and participating retailers, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are ineligible to claim.

3. Promotion Period: Promotion commences for purchases at 12:00am (AEDT) on 10th March 2026 and ends for purchases at 11:59pm (AEST) on 14th April 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Claims open at 12:00am (AEDT) on 10th March 2026 and close strictly at 11:59pm (AEST) on 15th May 2026.

4. How to Claim:

   1. You must have purchased the Eligible Product (Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle) brand-new from a participating retailer in Australia or New Zealand or the My Nintendo Store at https://store.nintendo.com.au/ during the Promotion Period and comply with the Terms and Conditions. Stock is not specially marked for this bonus offer but the packaging has the product’s regular product code “BEE-S-KB6LA(AUS)” near the barcode. Participating retailers are listed at https://www.nintendo.com/au/nintendo-switch-2-bonus-offer/ and may display in-store and/or online advertising material for the Promotion.

   2. You must have received the tax invoice/receipt issued by the participating retailer for the purchase of the Eligible Product. For the purposes of claiming the bonus from this voluntary offer, alternative forms of proof of purchase will not be accepted. If the participating retailer has not automatically provided a tax invoice/receipt for the purchase it is your responsibility to request a tax invoice/receipt to be able to make a claim in the Promotion.

   3. After your purchase and before 11:59pm (AEST) on 15th May 2026, visit https://www.nintendo.com/au/nintendo-switch-2-bonus-offer/ and complete the form online including your name, mobile phone number, email address, eligible country (either AU or NZ), console serial number of the Eligible Product, retailer you purchased from, date of purchase i.e. tax invoice/receipt date, tax invoice/receipt number, and upload a clear and legible copy of the tax invoice/receipt, and agree to the Promotion Terms and Conditions then press “Submit Form” to submit your claim.

   4. If your claim is successful, in approximately two business days you will be notified by an SMS from +61 477 100 113 containing your digital code which is valid for three years. To reduce the chance of being unable to receive the notification and digital code, it is recommended that you temporarily add the mobile phone number +61 477 100 113 to the Contacts on your mobile phone.

5. Stocks may be limited and availability of the Eligible Product is not guaranteed.

6. You can redeem the digital code through Nintendo eShop on your Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch system, or online at https://ec.nintendo.com/redeem/, up to three years after receiving it, to commence a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership free for 12 months (normally valued at AU$59.95 / NZ$69.95).

7. Redemption of the digital code requires an Australian or New Zealand Nintendo Account and acceptance of the Nintendo Account Agreement and Privacy Policy. The current version will always be available on Nintendo’s website. Please review at https://accounts.nintendo.com. Redemption and use of the digital code is subject to availability of Nintendo Switch Online. Any changes to availability will be announced via Nintendo’s website.

8. Automatic Renewal: With the redemption of the digital code, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack will be set for automatic renewal and will automatically renew until automatic renewal is terminated. The automatic renewal price is AU$59.95 / NZ$69.95 and will also be depicted during the redemption process. If you do not wish to purchase a membership, you can terminate the automatic renewal from your Nintendo Account settings at any time up to 48 hours prior to the end of the free 12 months period and you will not be charged. For each automatic renewal the automatic renewal price will be deducted from your Nintendo eShop funds. If you do not have sufficient Nintendo eShop funds, the automatic renewal price will be charged to your credit card or the PayPal account registered to your Nintendo Account and set as payment method for automatic renewal at the time automatic renewal takes place. Please note that you cannot change the country/region settings for your Nintendo Account if automatic renewal is enabled.

9. If You Already Have a Membership: If you redeem the digital code while you still have a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership, the duration of your membership will be extended by 12 months. If you redeem the digital code from this promotion while you still have an active Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership, you will receive compensation, in Gold Points, for your current membership worth the value of the period overlapped by the added Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Individual Membership. Please note the digital code from this promotion cannot be redeemed by a Nintendo Account while it is part of an active Family Membership.

10. The digital code is only compatible with Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch. It can only be used for a single Nintendo Account and can be redeemed only once. It cannot be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. This code will not be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise used without your permission. The digital code expires in three years.

11. The digital code is strictly not for resale.

12. Purchases are not eligible for this Promotion if the purchased product is pre-owned, refurbished, repaired, ex-demo, previously used or previously sold, obtained free-of-charge or below wholesale cost or in exchange for a return, if a layby or raincheck or other arrangement has not yet resulted in full payment to the participating retailer, if any payment for the purchase is the subject of a chargeback or similar payment dispute process, or if the purchased product was not imported and distributed in Australia or New Zealand by Nintendo Australia Pty Limited.

13. Purchases are not eligible for this Promotion if the purchase has been cancelled, returned, refunded, or if the product has been resold.

14. Claims that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, inaccurate, not submitted, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of the Terms and Conditions, will be deemed invalid.

15. To establish eligibility of the purchase, the copy of the tax invoice/receipt must specify the store, that the document is a “tax receipt”, “purchase receipt”, “receipt” and/or “tax invoice”, the tax receipt/invoice number, the Eligible Product’s purchase, the purchase price, and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period and before the claim was submitted. Copies that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, altered, not submitted, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of the Terms and Conditions, will be deemed invalid.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and claimant at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person whom the Promoter has reason to believe has tampered with or abused the claim process or breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to exercise any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

17. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.

18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. If the bonus is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the bonus with an alternative item of equal value.

20. Privacy: The Sponsor is collecting participants’ information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. If you do not provide this information, the Sponsor may not be able to consider you for this Promotion and/or provide you with the digital code. The Sponsor may disclose this information to organisations engaged by the Sponsor to conduct the Promotion; government, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies where this is necessary for the Sponsor to comply with its legal obligations; and other companies within the Nintendo Group including Nintendo Co., Ltd. (located in Japan), Nintendo of Europe SE (located in Germany) and its branches in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and Nintendo of America Inc. Additional Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of Victoria, Australia. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and is void where prohibited. Any provision of these Terms and Conditions deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect. Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or cancel the Promotion, or any part thereof, or any person’s participation therein, at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if viruses, bugs, unauthorised human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper execution of the Promotion or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned.

2. The Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, non-delivered, misdirected, or stolen claims or digital codes; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, Internet connections, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorised access to, or alteration of claims; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or in any related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of claim or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Participants who violate or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion, or any other Promotion participant (in each case as solely determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), are subject to disqualification from the Promotion, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant’s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Claims generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the claim process, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from a person’s participation in this Promotion. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor‘s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorised human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or submission of claims, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion.

3. The Sponsor will not be liable for (a) the theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, claims; (b) any problems with or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online systems, servers or providers, equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (c) any failure of any message to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or wireless waves or at any website or combination thereof; or (d) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system or equipment occasioned by participation in the Promotion.

4. Neither the Sponsor nor its officers, agents, employees or associated companies is responsible if participation is not possible due to technical errors or other reasons outside the reasonable control of the Sponsor. Any delay or failure of Sponsor to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall be excused to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by an event or occurrence beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, actions by governmental authorities, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, inclement weather, pandemic, natural disasters, riots, wars, terrorism, or labour disputes.

5. Liability of the Sponsor, its officers, agents, employees and associated companies is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law but these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit, or purport to exclude or limit, any statutory consumer guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. By submitting a claim in the Promotion, participants (and, if participant is a Minor, participant’s parent or legal guardian) certify that they have complied with these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to participate. By submitting a claim in the Promotion, participants (and, if participant is a Minor, participant’s parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
