eCommerce Coordinator
Our Business Development Department currently has a vacancy for an eCommerce Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting into the eCommerce Assistant Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the operation, development, and maintenance of Nintendo Australia’s eCommerce platform. The eCommerce Coordinator works closely with the eCommerce team, Business Development department, managers, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality online experience for our customers.

Key requirements for the role include (but are not limited to):
Executing end-to-end coordination of the eCommerce site, ensuring all product set-ups, content updates, and merchandising are delivered accurately and on time.
Providing general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution across eCommerce activities.
Supporting the planning and coordination of platform enhancements by assisting with QA, UAT, and tracking development tasks via JIRA / Kanban boards.
Working with developers and the eCommerce Specialist to identify, document, and escalate bugs or performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinating and implementing product assets, content, and layout updates across the site, ensuring consistency and quality of execution.
Implementing basic HTML and backend content updates as required.
Working closely with the eCommerce Assistant Manager and eCommerce Specialist to execute store updates, product launches, and promotion activities.
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of product data, including pricing, descriptions, attributes, and stock levels, with a focus on customer experience.
Maintaining store categories, navigation, and merchandising placements in-line with overarching UX strategy and specific campaigns.
Coordinating daily site monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support UAT for business changes.
Regularly reviewing site content, functionality, and stock availability, proactively identifying issues and escalating with recommended actions.
Updating and maintaining reporting (e.g. sales, stock, performance) to support team operations and KPI tracking.
Providing operational support for after-sales services, including order checks, refunds, replacements, and issue resolution.
Supporting Consumer Support and logistics teams by investigating and responding to operational queries and dispatch-related issues.
Contributing to delivering a high-quality end-to-end customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and flagging recurring problems.
Tracking and maintaining JIRA tickets / Kanban boards, ensuring clear visibility of task status and progress.
Assisting in documenting and improving processes, workflows, and operational guidelines.
Creating and maintaining documentation and manuals centrally in Confluence (e.g. product set-up guides, platform usage).
Supporting coordination and communication across stakeholders through status updates and task tracking.
To succeed in the role, you will require:
Basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skills, with experience in website design and UX an added advantage.
A minimum of 1 years’ previous digital project coordination experience, ideally in an eCommerce role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, with basic to intermediate HTML / CSS skills.
Strong organisational and project management support skills, with experience
supporting multi-stream initiatives.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
High attention to detail, with confidence to call out issues and process deviations as required.
A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership.
